Further, under the United Kingdom's ‘Distance Selling Regulations’, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within a period of 7 working days, from the delivery date.

MarkCharlesBoots.com was founded on a genuine 100% commitment to everything that we do, which is why we have extended this statutory 7 days cancelation period to 90-days allowing you the rare luxury of time to decide on your purchase.

To cancel this contract, please notify a member of our customer service team that you are returning your unmarked and unscuffed boots along with original packaging. All returns are free of charge and will be collected from your address by our courier company. Please use the returns label on the invoice you received with your order and pack the boots securely in their original box and packaging. Please make sure you return your boots within 90-days from the purchase date stated on your invoice.
